Abstract

Universities across the United States have an increasing interest in international education. Increasing global awareness through educational collaborations will promote greater cross-cultural understanding and build effective relationships with diverse communities. This paper documents one university's effort to build an effective international partnership to support the education of people with disabilities in Poland and details common goals and strategies for the overall sustainability of an international partnership between two universities.
